Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 24, 2026

Trigger Digital (“Trigger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates trigger.digital. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Work we perform for clients is governed by our client agreements.

1. Information you give us

When you fill out a contact form, subscribe, or email or call us, we collect what you provide: your name, email address, phone number, company, and the contents of your message. Form submissions are delivered to our team by email and to our internal Slack workspace so we can respond quickly.

2. Information collected automatically

Essential technologies (always on). Our hosting, caching, and security tools process your IP address, browser and device information, and the pages you request so the site loads, stays secure, and blocks spam. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell people from bots, which sends Google information about your browser and how you interact with the form. We also store a small cookie that remembers your privacy choices.

Optional technologies (only if you opt in). When you first visit, a banner asks whether you allow analytics and advertising technologies. None of the tools below run until you choose to allow them, and they stop running if you later turn them off:

  • Analytics: Google Analytics, which measures pages viewed, time on site, and how visitors arrive.
  • Advertising: Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and the OpenAI Ads pixel, which measure the results of our ads and may be used to show you our ads on other sites.
  • Business visitor identification: Apollo.io, which may identify the company associated with a visit and, in some cases, match a visit to a business contact profile, so we can follow up with organizations interested in our services.
  • Ad fraud protection: ClickCease, which analyzes visits from our paid ads to detect fraudulent and bot clicks.

We also display reviews from Google using a third-party widget (Trustindex), and offer an accessibility toolbar (UserWay). These load content from those providers, which may receive your IP address and browser information.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and provide our services
  • To send marketing emails, only if you opt in, with an unsubscribe link in every message
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it (if you allow analytics)
  • To measure and improve our advertising (if you allow advertising)
  • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and spam
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it with service providers that operate the site and our business for us (hosting, email delivery, forms, Slack, and the tools named above), under terms that limit how they may use it.

If you allow advertising technologies, the advertising partners named above receive information about your visit (such as pages viewed, device identifiers, and IP address) and may use it for their own purposes, including cross-context behavioral advertising. Under some state laws, including California’s, this can be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information. You can stop it at any time by choosing Reject all or turning off Advertising under Privacy choices. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as an opt-out of advertising technologies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business.

5. Your privacy choices

  • Cookie and tracking choices: Use the Privacy choices button at the bottom of any page to allow or block analytics and advertising at any time.
  • Global Privacy Control: If your browser sends a GPC signal, advertising technologies stay off.
  • Marketing email: Use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact us.
  • Access, correction, and deletion: Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to correct it, to delete it, to obtain a copy, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sales, or sharing. To make a request, email support@trigger.digital or call 561.513.8887. We will verify your request before acting on it, you may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

6. How long we keep information

We keep inquiry and client contact information for as long as needed to respond, provide services, and meet legal and accounting obligations. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to each provider’s settings, which we limit where those tools allow. Your consent choice is remembered for 12 months, after which we ask again. We also keep a record of each consent choice (a random consent ID, the choices made, whether a Global Privacy Control signal was present, the date, and the page) for 24 months so we can show that your choice was honored. This record does not include your name, IP address, or other identifying information.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or transmission is completely secure.

8. Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Third-party sites

Our site links to other websites and social networks. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for material changes, ask for your consent again where required.
