  • Experience managing paid campaigns (social, search, and programmatic)
  • A balance of creativity and analytical thinking

  • Strong communication skills — you can explain complex data simply

As part of your application, you’ll complete a short Campaign Audit Challenge using a mock advertising account.

You’ll dig into sample data and tell us what you see:

  • What stands out?
  • What would you test or change?
  • How would you explain your insights to a client?

 

This isn’t a test with “right answers.” It’s a way for us to understand how you approach real-world campaign strategy — your thought process, creativity, and problem-solving style.
